Class Description A 45-minute hybrid workout consisting of high energy, good music and functional exercises to bring you a LIT experience! We will start the workout with a warmup and end with a cool down. Let’s go!  
About the Instructors LIT2LIFT is a black owned fitness brand, Co-founded by Darren Stephens and Jonady St. Germain, whose mission is to spread the importance of fitness and healthy living. Darren Stephens (he/him) and Jonady St. Germain (he/him) were born and raised in Boston. They both graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2018. After becoming certified personal trainers through ACE, they began training at various facilities in the Greater Boston area, offering both group and individualized training. Together, they became LIT2LIFT, using their platform to motivate individuals of all ages, from all different walks of life, to become their best self in and out of the gym.  
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.

We’re so excited to Sweat with you and continue to be committed to keeping our class environment safe and comfortable for all participants. If you feel sick, please stay home and plan to join us another day.
